See 1:45 in this video: There may be an "organic" or "foam" cover over the bracket ... which is also shown later in the video at 2:16 (he seems to have this cover already removed when the video starts)

That is exactly where/what I thought, but in the 2013 Terrain I am having the problem with - i don't see anything that looks like the photo in the TSB. So after looking from top down and bottom up under the hood, I crawled under the Terrain and started all the way at the back figuring it must be right next to or very near the fuel tank......nope.Got all the way towards the front underneath and never saw a thing that looked like that photo with the frayed/cut wires they are talking about. I had checked all around this high pressure fuel pump that is staring you right in the face front and center as soon as you pop the hood but like I said - I only have the smooth black metal cover not this sharp silver metal thing in that photo.

@Trixie11 : Can you take the same picture, in the same place, on your Terrain and attach it to a post here? That photo in the TSB is from the top ... and they've circled not the HPFP cover, but some associated metal part adjacent to it (just to the right) where the Wiring Harness passes nearby.

It's very possible that your Terrain may not even have the problem. Have you been seeing any OBD Codes or odd behavior?
