Hi, I have a 2010 Terrain SLT AWD with 18" wheels from the factory. I also have a 2014 Terrain SLT AWD with 19" wheels from the factory. What are the ramifications, if any, of moving the 18" to the 2014 and the 19" to the 2010?

Should not be a ptoblem if they are both using factory recommended sizes.

They both have their original wheels from the factory. I'm just not sure if 19" were available in 2010 or not.

Wheel size no longer affects the speedometer like it did back in the 70's, right?

Speedometer reading may be off a bit unless the over all tire diameter of the 19" matches the 18" tire diameter.
Otherwise, should be no problem.

In some years the Equinox's , like 2014, that came from the factory with 19 inch wheels have different front suspension and steering components.
Such as struts, strut bumpers, steering gear assemblies etc.

Go to GMpartsdirect and they will tell you which ones in the discription of each part.
