Hello everyone! I recently purchased a 2011 Cadillac SRX Turbo Premium. Previously, I had a 2007 SRX with the V6 engine. The 2007 was the first Cadillac I ever owned, and I liked the vehicle a lot, but there were a few things that bugged me a little. Like the roof mounted rear wiper controls, the sun visor that did not adjust to the side window, no Bluetooth, somewhat cheap plastic inside, and the not so exciting acceleration unless I really stepped on it. I missed the performance of my 2005 Saab Aero Sportwagon, especially on the highway. I was planning on replacing the 2007 SRX in the spring, but Cadillac kept throwing incentive money at me, so I decided to take the plunge on a new SRX. The only concern was the performance, because I had read that the 3.0L V6 was a bit slow. So I decided to either find a 2011 turbo version or wait for a 2012 with the 3.6. My first choice was the 2011 turbo if I could find one. I located a silver turbo SRX about 50 miles away from my home. I absolutely LOVE this car! The 2.8T is very strong on the highway, and I am experiencing none of the complaints that I read about in some of the professional reviews. I liked the size of the 2007 better, but other than that, I have no complaints. All of the little bugs the 2007 had are fixed in the 2011. This is the best car I have ever owned. I have about 1,800 miles on it now.
