Clicking while trying to start a car is usually indicative of low voltage at the starter, often from a bad/discharged battery, or poor wiring connections.

Usually you cannot jumpstart with a normal battery charger. It requires a special charger. Have you looked at YouTube videos to see what to look for with a voltmeter ?

My charger has a jumpstart function...it's only clicking. Other thing, when I charge the battery, it's says 90% full with 14.8 volt but after 5 minute it goes down to 13.8 volt....but if I turn the key it's still clicking very fast and I have light and everything on

Lights take very little current, and the starter motor takes mega current, so having the lights work could still be a bad battery.

Could Be a Dead Cell in the Battery. It Will Show 12V on a Meter But, Will Not Handle the Amperage.
