Hello,
I purchased my vehicle about 4 weeks ago past this Wednesday. I has already been in the shop for 4 days.
Got the vehicle back today and still having the same problem.
The problem initially:
- At higher speeds the vehicle would pull to the left, I literally would have to drive with the steering wheel on an angle.
Dealer fix:
WHEEL ALIGNMENT MEASUREMENT
ADJUST REAR TOE
ADJUST FRONT TOE
SET FRONT CAMBER ONE SIDE
FRONT BRAKE SHIELD REPLACEMENT - Problem #2 see bottom
The problem now:
- THE SAME THING, it even pulls at lover speeds 20-30mph!
I dove it away from the dealership on my way to work and noticed it, called right away have to take it back in on Monday again probably for another couple of days.
Has anybody else experienced this problem, know what it might be?
Oddly enough I had to complete a GM satisfaction survey that came in my email today, I guess I didnt rate them as good as expected, so I got a call from one of their customer service people and now have a case with them.
Its truly disappointing to have so this issue so early. :'(
Oh I forgot to mention when making a sharp left turn I could hear a metallic grinding noise, post them fixing it, now I hear a rubber-on-rubber squeaky kind of sound...the dealership said its because I take the turns to sharp almost doing donuts...but they will look at it on Monday
