The Terrain sales numbers are in for the first full month.

Sept: 1,334
YTD: 1,809

Next month, I'll put together a Terrain (and possible siblings) sales graph so it will be easier to track month to month sales.

They seem to be in short supply, so sales will increase as supplies do.

Good to see you started this forum. I strongly encourage Terrain owners to join--check out AcadiaForum.net to see how excellent this forum could also be.

Any chance you might also start forums for the Equinox and SRX? I'd do what I could to send traffic your way.

Hey Michael, I did consider it, but there already seems to be a handful of Equinox and SRX forums that do a good job of covering those models. Considering the work that goes into building and maintaining each forum, I'm not sure it would be worth the extra cycles needed to build redundant forums for those models. Are you finding a lack of forum support from those vehicle owners?

Thats why I am here, my nox will be here in about a week, and I dont want to have to look through topics containing to the old nox, as the terrain is essentially the same vehicle, with a different skirt on.

Problem is, how many new 'nox owners will think to look for this forum?

So far I have 11 2010 Equinox owners signed up for the survey, plus another 77 for the first gen, plus another 28 for the Torrent, but no partner forum for these models.

Hmm, that's definitely something to consider. 10equinox, what would you think of expanding this site, giving dedicated sections to each Theta model, then sharing the technical section (that would cover the bulk of the underpinnings shared by all models)? It may be possible to create separate URLs and possible even headers, but share the core underlying database.

If that's possible, it would greatly reduce my maintenance efforts while allowing something close to separate sites for each model. It may actually grow faster as well since we would be able to share the information pool among all model owners. I'll look into that potential option, if you guys think it would be useful.

Ok, so based on your suggestion, I've made this a 3-way forum! It has specific sections on each model, and each have their own unique URL and logos / banners. http://www.equinoxforum.net, http://www.srxforum.net and http://www.terrainforum.net - I'll start promoting each one as separate sites and get some google ads going to get the word out. If you don't mind, feel free to advertise each one in their respective categories on your site as well. Thanks Michael!!
