Need professional advice from the advanced techs

Not sure what I want to do. Need advice please.

2015 Terrain Outside Rearview Replacement Mirror Covers
Part # 19212927
vs.
SAA® - Mirror Covers Easy stick-and-go installation

I was told SAA is the best however is it really better than replacing actual mirror with GMC part?

Seems like the OEM is good enough for GM, so I would go with that. IMHO

If you'retalking about chrome mirror covers it is better to go with OEM. My advice is to not go at all. On a sunny day, the part of the cover that the mirror attaches to the door has a slight angle to it, that angle is enough to refleck the sun into the drivers eyes while driving. I had them on and removed them because it was driving me nuts.

I do notice other people chrome accessories tend to do that at certain times. Im sure my shinny bully bars on the SUV don't help that situation .

The reflection issue may depend on your height. I have never had any issues with reflections off of the mirror, the gear-shift chrome surround or the above the radio chrome latch, yet many others have. Personally, I like the chrome mirrors.

I agree Im going with your suggestion. I was leaning the proper way and you sealed the deal. I think Ebay had a good deal on the GM mirrors. Appreciate it!

I assume that it is the OEM one - then, YES. There are instructions on the forum on the process. I think it takes about 20 minutes.
