yea, separate motor i believe....do you hear the motor turn on?
Wow - that is an ingenious design. GM was thinking on that one.Roesterman said:The rear runs out first. The front will still work. The rear fluid pickup is placed higher. Try filling reservoir to the top and try again. The purpose of this is so you have reserve fluid left for the front.
Seriously, there are so many things that are so thoughtfully thought out but never mentioned or advertised. They need to find a new marketing guy. No one is gonna make a decision based on this but there could be a section on the sales brochure that lists all the neat things like this.RIT333 said:Wow - that is an ingenious design. Tricia - it appears that the only "issue" is that he was low on washer fluid - at least the way I read this thread. Certainly not a shortcoming of GM !!!Chevrolet Customer Svc said:daysofterrain,
I would like to get more specific information from you regarding this issue.
Tricia, GM Customer Service.
the GMC guys got it right....i think gm was pushing terrain sales more then the nox...seeing as they both have the the majority of the same features...just the terrain ads mention them alot more....georgi55 said:Seriously, there are so many things that are so thoughtfully thought out but never mentioned or advertised. I know we were not talking about this (we were talking about washer fluid), but I'm not sure it warrants a new thread: has anyone ever seen an Equinox commercial? I've seen the Terrain ones a lot (with all the more features per cubic inch), but I haven't seen any one for the Equinox.gar187er said:the GMC guys got it right....i think gm was pushing terrain sales more then the nox...seeing as they both have the the majority of the same features...just the terrain ads mention them alot more....
I've seen the stupid "look in the glove box" and "where gummy bears hide" multiple times.gar187er said:ive seen one.....period ever...not one commercial multiple times...one airing.....
Wait... THAT'S the... Equinox... commercial???? I must have blocked it out of my mind! I think it pursues their stereotypical soccer mom target and alienates everyone else. (edit: OK, sorry. It alienates Me ;-) ) I guess GM would prefer I bought a Terrain. Too late, I love my Equinox!georgi55 said:I've seen the stupid "look in the glove box" and "where gummy bears hide" multiple times.
Such a stupiud comercial with potential of being cute - wtf is up with the phone call and "enjoy the trip" fake call, sounds well too scripted.
Also if someone "hides" gummy bears under seat of my Equinox they are gonna be attacked by a real bear! lol
Chevy Equinox - Scavenger Hunt
Seriously. The car is actually too small for soccer mom, the Traverse would be better car for this commercial.quantumbyte said:Wait... THAT'S the... Equinox... commercial???? Why spend money on a commercial when the vehicle is selling itself????Phantm006 said:Wow!! I've only seen that commercial once. And I really didn't realize it was an Equinox commercial. GM was definitely pushing the Terrain more. I saw 3 or 4 commercials a day for it.
