Our Terrain came with the protective film at the front of both rear fenders (well actually the rear of both rear doors LOL).SnowItch said:Yes, there is. I was searching for the post where someone who was there when there vehicle arrived was asking what they were for. So, I believe that they ship with the protective film on. We'd have to hear from Terrain owners if the dealer is removing them upon delivery (and are they supposed to).

I would say that they don't hurt...I think they help in the appearence also but along the bottom edge of my Terrain one can see the marks in the plastic rockerpanel from the stonesckmullin said:Just so I'm clear as I think I might install them also. Do those mud flaps even help? or Do they help but just a bit? or Don't really do much at all? etc
