Here are pictures of our new 2011 Equinox 1LT which we just got yesterday. In the beginning we didn't want the silver one but they only had this color on the lot and after one day of driving we already love it. We call it our new and shiny armor.

nice color, unit. looks great. congrats.
Same color I have. It may not have the visual impact of black or red, but you really can't go wrong with silver as a color....and it's easy to keep looking clean even when it isn't.
i disagree, i think your silver is more visual impact than red or black. Just look at those pics, that color really shows, defines the contours and creases in the body. really nice. i have the Summit White one, and it shows the great lines off as well. The darker the color the less distinction i think. My friend has the dark Grey, and it doesn't have the same 'pop'.

I don't really like the dark grey color myself...but you have to admit that a jet black or cardinal red Equinox with the chrome package really has visual impact. Silver is a good color for most any car...a safe choice if you can't decide.
Oh..come on! That's just too classy...like you're trying to show off.
Never catch me doing that... ;D
Very sharp indeed!
That's the colour (or white) and vehicle I wanted, but it's mama's car, so mama's colour and vehicle, daddy gets to clean it and drive it weekends LOL!
Congrats and enjoy!
Thanks for all your nice comments. So far we love the car very much, but haven't taken it out for real drive yet. Just a few miles inner city driving. I'm interested to see what the gas milage of our Equinox really is. However, to drive the Equinox feels great. For once I feel not so squeezed between the other cars (our old car was a Chrysler PT Cruiser). Happy New Year to all of you.
