When I was switching over to my Summer tires, I noticed that the calipers were starting to show a little age - although not really that bad. I scrubbed them with a nylon brush and then brushed on a coat of Rustoleum Silver Mettalic. I know - everyone says that you need to either powder coat them, ot use a high temp paint, but I have been doing this for 10+ years, and it only takes about 10 minutes to do it, and it will easily hold up until the next tire changeover. Plus, I had the paint on the shelf, so the cost was $0.00 It DOES hold up very well to the heat.
