Just wondering if anyone bought the OEM floormats and/or cargo mat from GM and whether they are nice or not.

I bought the OEM floor mats (front and back row) as part of the vehicle protection package. The original mats were still in place when I picked up my Terrain last week. My rubber mats are still sitting in the cargo area in boxes at the moment. I've opened the boxes, and they look nice, and appear that they will withstand the test of a New England winter. As far as OEM cargo lioners go, I was unaware they were available for purchase.
We looked at the GM rubber mats before we ordered the Equinox. They seemed about the size of the carpet mats..so we decided to go with afermarket winter mats for better coverage. Husky Liners was our choice.
The GM OEM rubber mats are just carpet liner sized with large holes for floor stud. The rubber seems very light and foamy, almost nerf-like with a high air entrainment ratio. Not very Canadian winter friendly and not seeming very durable.
I bought Huskyliners.

+1, I went with the WeatherTech mats. Love em
I have an SRX. OEM mats are feeble. Weathertech is a good product but we went Huskyliners, and are very impressed w/quality & price. I think I read that Weathertech has a flap that unfolds (on the Cargoliner?) that will cover back of 2nd row seats, if folded down?? If so then it may be worth the higher cost over Huskyliner. We went Husky in both seat areas also. Outstanding fit! see my other post : http://www.terrainforum.net/index.php?action=media;sa=album;in=30
and pix of Cargo mat in my album .....("AWD Platinum Ice SRX")

Glad u got something before winter.

Can anyone confirm that the Weathertech cargo liner unfolds to cover the 2nd row when its down?
