I just checked mine and it says"
Status: (3100) Order available to sequence
Notes: 08/16/2010"

Does that mean that my Terrain will be built next Monday or what?

That is your Target Production Week. It means that sometime during that week it will be produced. On my Equinox the TPW was 6/14. Of course they built it 6/18, Friday. Once built, you'll see the VIN. After that, your dealer can track the ship date etc.
