I factory ordered this Nox for my wife. We picked it up about 3 weeks ago. Already tinted the front windows and installed a shark fin antenna. Loving it so far!

We just ordered a 2012 for the wife that looks like it is almost the same as yours.

It's a VG II shark fin, $69. They don't list the Equinox on their website, but it will fit. And they paint it to match if you give them the paint code.
