The problem is his order is released to the carrier and is in transit. gmconnects can't tell where it is in the transit process - only the carrier knows that. There is a way to find out from the carrier where it is - but I think some info is required from customer service to do that (rail car number, for example).
My dealer says the car is on a train heading for Fairfax Ks. From there it will be trucked to the ordering dealer and then driven to my dealer. I'm hoping end of next week but really don't know for sure.
