Ok, first of I am not that type of guy that gets into car stuff like modification. However, since buying my 2011 SLT I have wanted to have more crome! So I just added the crome door handle covers, and it looks awesome! Now I am thinking the grill sure does look sweet in all crome too, and the side mirrors look great too. Inside I want more ambient lighting, and geez will I be able to stop? So, is there any help out there to leave the poor truck alone before it becomes Joan Rivers? How about a modification horror story? Tell me how much the crome covers will hurt the resale value (only the door handles look so factor installed it is scary).

I've done the K&N cold air intake and notice more mid-range power as well as better gas-mileage. Look into that

I have a SLT2 so I had everything chrome already.
But as being a black Terrain, I decided to vinyl wrap the GMC in the front and rear part of the terrain. The GMC in the front is huge and red, and doesn't really match the rest of the all black and chrome, it was a cheap mod and I do get a lot of people complimenting me, asking if it came from the factory like that.
As far as the K&N, I would have it....but they do not make one for the 6cyl =(

Gonna look into the paperwork that came with it but I remember the intervals being surprisingly far apart. If it required it to be done frequently I wouldn't have bothered getting it.WILSONN said:
