LED door handle

http://www.trademotion.com/parts/2011/CHEVROLET/EQUINOX/LTZ/?siteid=213768&vehicleid=1446745&diagram=GV10530&diagramCallOut=13

part 7 and 13

I went to this website and searched 2010 LTZ Nox and typed LED. Seems there are parts to convert our non-led lts to LED. Unfortunately no part numbers are listed to see if we can get them from the dealer. I also noticed that this might ONLY be the door handle and not the where the LEVER is.

Can anyone get these actual part numbers? Also has anyone researched finding the LED door lever area that are lit in an LTZ?

I would be also curious to know these part numbers for this mod. Since mine is just a 1LT i noticed the door panel cubby part has a hole already for the led. Since the LtZ's have these stock.

we need door panel removal DIY and the part number for the handle/latch area itself. i know there is one in the 2012 ltz but was there one in the 2010 and 2011 ltz? also the 2012 parts list isn't anywhere to be found online. maybe someone else can source part numbers for the door handle/latch area.

So doing some research, found more detailed info as far as part numbers and descriptions with Nox and Terrain.
Only thing I found that was strange, was some part numbers on led lamps on 2010's were different from 2011s. Not sure if they had different Leds or longer/shorter wiring ???.

Since I have a 2012 , I am sure the 2011 will work , but I need to confirm this with my local Dealership parts dept to make sure. Usually some 2010-2012 parts are same, but the 10 to 11 different part numbers threw me off. ??? Anyone else run into this?

Note: Part prices are Full GM retail prices, so I found them cheaper on Fastgmparts.com and I am sure everyone as there own preference on
were they like to buy the gm parts from. I would stay away from gmpartsdirect.com since they have insane shipping.

Here is what I found so far with the image numbers on pictures attached. Driver & Passenger side

I want to make sure I have everything down before a full DIY or How to video write up. Agree with AMG Eric on a DYI door panel removal as well . :thumb:

Also it would be nice if the wiring harness already has the led hookups plugin's for the 1Lt and 2Lt's already there, kinda like the Footwell floor lights hookups are.
This would make it so easy lol I am sure prob wont be that simple, I assume the harness are different than the LTZ and we have to figure out what to properly tap into to make sure these LEDS are getting the proper power and load.
Once someone or myself takes the door panel off we can better see the harness and what were working with.

Anyone with a 2010-2012 LTZ confirm that there are these Led courtesy lights in the rear doors? I didn't see any part numbers or descriptions for them either.

The rear doors don't have any LED's. I wish they would have put in a lighted mirror control like the 2006 Malibu has.

i was at the dealer yesterday and the 2012 ltz has the part numbers for the leds right behind the door lever release mechanism. so if we had wiring for the door handle pull we could just extent that wiring to the door lever release and put the plastic cover in.
