Is there a way that I can turn the lights on above the rear seat when I am in the driver's seat? Other than trying to reach back there and clicking them on. We frequently have our dogs in the back and sometimes it would be nice to be able to turn those lights on to check on things.

Thanks for any thoughts.

Well I can't speak for any of the base models without some sort of convenience package, but
the light switch on the roof liner with the front map lights, will turn on all row lighting, if that's okay for you. Can't just turn on the second row lighting by it self with this switch, just manually[/color]

Yes, that switch in the overhead console does indeed turn all the overhead lights on.
Thanks for the tip.
Sure wish those lights over the rear seat were a bit brighter.

If you want brighter lamps for the back change the bulbs over to LEDs
I believe that the bulb number is 194.

order to replace them?

hi ,
just changed all interior bulbs to led , incl footwell . 2 row and cargo area lens pull straight down . You will see some very small notches on rear (facing lamp)

to put very small screwdriver into , pop off , there is the bulb !

Well, I have to apologize for being blind and/or stupid. I'm sitting in the back seat looking at the windshield.
I can see two little 'notches' in the back of the second row dome light.
I've pushed all around on those and can't get anything to happen.
Can you give me one more clue on how to get that cover off?

Thanks

Got it! Thanks. I was thinking it hinged from the front.
The entire assembly pulls straight down.

Where did you find your LED replacements and what kind did you use?
AutoZone has some. But they are '7 Color'. I just want something much
brighter.
