2011 Equinox LT: The ipod will load up on the radio, indicate it is playing, but the track progress is still and no sound. It's like it is on pause from the Onstar sytem. Anybody gots any ideas?

I've had that happen a few times with my Iphone 4. I either unplug the phone and turn off the radio and plug it back in. OR I have had instances where a file was corrupted and I had to take all the songs off of it and re-sync. That may help.
