I had noticed the horn sounded weak.
Finally wife said no horn.

A quick test- opened hood and had wife press steering wheel... HONK!!!!
It sounded nice and loud.... hmmmmm
Though the Nox has 2 horns. A low and a high.
One on the left- one on the right.
The driver side horn was the one that sounded... and I thought about something.
The reason I noticed the horn was weak... was when I was locking the vehicle. Double tap of the lock button on remote..
I did indeed try- and I got No sound, or weak sound, or sort of normal sound.

So Im thinking the loud tone high is fine--(regular horn via steering wheel)
but the low tone is bad-- this one honks when vehicle locked.

What I need- is for my fellow members to do a quick test.
go to front PASSENGER side wheel well- and double tap the lock on remote... Does the horn on the passenger side Honk?
then
go to front DRIVER side wheel well and double tap the lock on remote.... Does the Horn on drivers side Honk?

My suspicion is that the low tone horn is bad but the high tone is good.
Ill have to test it out myself to test my suspicion.

I checked and it appears the horns are about $9-$13 each online.
But requires removal of front bumper fascia to replace. (online video)

well, I tested my car..
It sounds like the honk when locking the vehicle comes from both horns... hmmmm
This weekend ill check the relay.
But at $10 per horn, I may just order both and swap them out when I remove the bumper.

Both horns are wired together and sound, after voltage leaves the underhood fuse block circuit board.
The high and low horn dark green wires (circuit #29) join at the circuit board and both sound at the same time.

Check for battery voltage at each horn with switch pushed, on the dark green wires or DTC B2750.
Both use ground G101.
If one is working, the switch, relay and fuse #34 are probably good.

If you're good, and I know you are, you can get to the right side by removing the the plastic inner fender.
The left can also be done that way but you will need to pull the windshield washer container first.
So says the 2014 Repair Manual.

THe other one by the washer bottle...
