Local dealer has a 2011 Equinox with a $3,000 dealer discount off of MSRP. The following discounts are also in the advertisement:
Finance with Ally - save additional $1,000
USAA offer - save additional $750
GM CA certificate - save additional $500
Questions:
How much do I have to finance with Ally for the $1,000? I will only be financing about $6,000 after my trade and GM card rebate.
I joined USAA and have a membership number. I am NOT active or retired military. Do I get the $750?
GM CA certificate - what the heck is this? I currently own a 2009 Malibu. But I didn't get a "certificate" in the mail so I don't know anything about this.
I know - the dealer can explain all this. But I'm a big believer in going in with as much information is possible. If I don't get at least 2 of these 3 discounts then the deal won't work out for me.
Thanks!!
