Does anyone know if there is a way to transfer the subscription from Sirius to XM?

I would *assume* it is possible, since they merged, but sometimes companies do very odd things.

I asked about this about a month ago.

Basically.. Nope.

Although the companies have merged their billing systems are still separate. You can't move from one to another and you can't add an XM radio as a second to an existing Sirius account.

I guess the IT folks haven't got that far in their integration yet....

So you have to cancel your Sirius account, and then sign up on an XM account?

I have 6 months left on my Sirius contract. It was for a vehicle.
Was hoping to add that to the 3 month trial, but I figure they won't do that.
Waiting for the new XM ID to show up in their system before I call to see what they can do.

Ok, found an answer to my original question.

I still had 5 months left on my Sirius account for my trade-in car, and called Sirius to see if I could convert the remaining credit over to my Terrain's XM. The answer was no. They issued me a refund instead.
