Thanks to everyone here and I wish you well with your vehicle. It's been interesting.

I sold off my 2011 PITA, err I mean NOX.
I must say though, I learned alot about working on cars because of it. Always a silver lining. Lol
We upgraded to a 2015 Ford Transit 10 passenger and kept the Sienna as my work vehicle and backup.
The Transit is a non-direct injection 3.7l and is a very smooth running vehicle. Stayed away from their 3.5l ecoboost.
Attached picture of the Transit with the Sienna on the back. Pulling that 4,400 lbs car across hilly terrain at 65mph got us 15 mpg average. Not bad. Few downshifts.

And it fits in my garage!

PS. The Sienna, with it's non DI V6, gets as good of gas mileage as my NOX did with the 2.4l.

Good luck with the Transit.

A few parting questions for you:

1.) Is it just the picture angle or does that Transit almost look big enough to “swallow” that Sienna?

2.) What do you pay for a Transit like that?

3.) Are we going to be seeing you on a reality show with 8 kids?

No, they come with either 3.5l ecoboost or the regular 3.7l.
I could have ordered a new 2019 with the 3 7l.
The Transits still come with the 1st gen 3.5l which is direct injection only while the f150 now comes with the 2nd gen 3.5l which has both port and direct injection.
Either way, I didn't want to mess with the turbos.

1) No, it's not the angle lol

2) I got this one for $24,500 with 28k miles. Leather and power seats. It was a steal.
Brand new is $40k. Alternative is the Nissan NV

3) probably. Lol

Bravo! I like your thinking : no turbo, and a great value vehicle for your family!

Good luck with it, “New to the Transit”!
