GMC terrain 2013, No bluetooth or phone

I recently purchased GMC terrain 2013 SLE , there is phone connect button on the steering and at the radio interface buttons but there are no phone or bluetooth settings in the system settings.
Pressing the phone button doesnt do anything..
Is it possible that there is no bluetooth or phone options even though the buttons are there.?

it is possible.
I do know, that on some vehicles, Like the Traverse and Acadia.... when they are ordered by rental companies/Fleets, they will order the Onstar/XM and I think BT delete package.
On the Traverse/Acadia., they actually have an RPO code for this.

Anyone know if its the same case with the Thetas?
