Anyone else have a problem with the rear seats not folding flat? Our pastor and her husband just got a new Terrain, and love it. Never had a GM before. I'm so excited, since I can share my experience with GM and also my Enclave with them, lots of similar features. They just took a trip, and love it.. only thing they say is the rear seats don't fold flat, I've heard this before....just wondering if others on here find it a problem? They had a Jeep Grand Cherokee and a Ford Escort they traded in....again, I'm so excited they chose GM, but by no help from me....I didn't even know they were looking at cars!

Also, they say there's a recall on the chrome trim on the tailgate....anyone know about this?

I told them about this forum...but I doubt they will get the time to do car forums, so I'm kind of a go-between on this.

Thanks, in advance for any input on this.

You might try searching using less keywords. try "chrome recall" or just "chrome"
"rear seats" or "seats" or "flat"
Did you use quotation marks?... if you did it will only look for your keywords in that exact order.

Thanks for the tips. However, I'm not new to these forums....I have over 1300 posts on the Enclave forum, and a bunch of posts on the Acadia, Traverse, and Outlook forums. I use search all the time, but for some reason it's not pulling up what it should. I think "chrome trim recall" should get the same results as "chrome recall", and I never use quotation markes....just used them here for emphasis.
