G'day everyone, I have an opportunity to buy a 2018 Nox LTZ-V AWD, 2.0T 9sp (Australian top spec) in a few months, just wanted to ask a few questions here and see how ya'll are doing with yours.

I do a lot of camping and with our hot climate I always travel with extra water, does something like this (7x13x17 inches or 18x33x43cm) fit under the floor (above the spare) lying down in the trunk? For reference it should be roughly the same dimensions as a 5 gallon / 20L jerry can. If not, has anyone else crossed this bridge, what does fit in terms of larger water quantity.

The stock tyre size on the 19” wheels here are 235/50 R19, has anyone fitted a 245/55 R19 set of tyres? From what I gather, they will fit, just want to know if they help the ride quality some (+15% sidewall), and it looks to raise the ride height slightly by 0.6” / 16mm

How much weight can be placed on the roof with a good set of roof racks? EDIT: Found this in the online user manual, it was 75KG including the racks themselves.

I'm sure I'll think of more, been trawling the forums for a few days now, lots of great info here.

It would be nice if the site for the container included dimensions. I have used the under floor storage area and would say it is about 7, maybe 8 inches deep.
The only other question I can answer is the one on tires. I'm not sure you would feel a difference between a 50 series and 55 series on the 19" rims. It would be pretty minimal.

We have and 2018 LT2 2.0t with 100k. Great car, we use it off-road a lot, I put a bull bar on to protect the turbo aftercooler from damage. I installed a 4' luggage rack on top. I carry a full sized spare & a 2.5 gal gas can.
I went from 225-60-18s to 235-60-18s, all I got was a slight width increase, which helps off-road slightly. I think I gained less than 1/2" ground clearance.
I see the 2022 will offer a turbo 2.0 L, but the horsepower is down to 227HP, from 259HP in the 18,19 years.

No 2.0L for 2022. 1.5L only for both Equinox and Terrain.

I've heard the 2018s collect water in the spare tire area anyways you might find water already in that area... Convenient.

Great to hear and thanks for the advice! I'll have to see what state the tyres are in when I get it and decide, but I am eyeing up a few mods like a bullbar, which do you have on?
