Hello,
Equinox 2023; Have you ever had this problem of the quarter panel glass peeling off at the top (1/8 po) as in the photo with others equinox 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022?

The Red equinox picture is normal

Thanks

Looks like the sealant/adhesive gave way...that should be covered under warranty. I have seen this kind of thing on 10+ year old cars but a 2023 shouldn't have that issue

That should be an encapsulated molding on the glass that appears to be deformed. This would require replacing the 1/4 glass to correct. Hopefully the dealer won't argue getting it replaced under warranty. It is a defect of the component, seems a clear warranty issue to me.

Thanks, Yes, I will go to my dealer
Looks like the corner of the frame might have been snagged by something and got pried away from the opening.
Perhaps caused by a brush loop at the car wash?

No I bought it like that, I saw on a photo from my dealer...
Original glass damaged and replaced before delivery? Does it have the same markings as other factory glass?

…I once looked at a Camaro that had some obvious paint repair and when I questioned the dealer, they admitted a chain had gotten loose on the car carrier as the car was being unloaded, damaged the car, and they repaired it…
