I use a thumb drive to play my collection of MP3 music on my 2018 Terrain Denali.
I noticed after removing the USB thumd drive from the vehicle to add some additional MP3s there were Spotlight-V100 and Store V1 and StoreV2 folders on the drive. There was also a file called volumeconfiguration.plist. These files were not on the tumb drive when I put it in the Terrain USB port. I use Windows 10 to write files to the thumb drive and these are Appe Macintosh filesDoes the Infotainment system write these files to the thumb drive? Has anyone encounter these files? Thanks

Are you sure these are Apple folders?
I've been using Macs (and Windows) computers for a very long time, and have never seen folders names like this on any Macintosh. Not saying it's not possible, but I've never run into them. I'm not aware that GM uses Apple software... perhaps these are associated with Linux or some other system?

The infotainment system in the 2018 Terrain Denali is Android based.
