I just got a 2011 Nox and am having trouble setting the digital date. I use the config tab to set the date. For example June (06) Seven (07). The numbers appear to register but the readout is reverse. For example this actual date of 06/07/2011 appears on the screen to be 07/06/2011. What am I missing. Thanks for your response.

Did you use the format from the Manual?

Section 5-5
Clock (With Date Display)
The infotainment system controls,
located on the instrument panel, are
used to access the time and date
settings through the menu system.
See Operation on page 7‑7 for
information about how to use the
menu system.

Setting the Time and Date
1. Turn the infotainment
system ON.
2. Press the CONFIG button and
select Time and Date Settings.
3. Select Set Time or Set Date.
4. Turn the MENU/SEL knob to
adjust the highlighted value.
5. Press the MENU/SEL knob to
select the next value
6. To save the time or date and
return to the Time and Date
Settings menu, press the }
BACK button at any time or
press the MENU/SEL knob after
adjusting the minutes or year.

Setting the 12/24 Hour Format
1. Turn the infotainment
system ON.
2. Press the CONFIG button and
select Time and Date Settings.
3. Highlight 12/24 Hour Format.
4. Press the MENU/SEL knob to
select the 12 hour or 24 hour
display format.

Setting the Month and Day
Format
1. Turn the infotainment
system ON.
2. Press the CONFIG button and
select Time and Date Settings
3. Highlight Month and Day
Format.
4. Press the MENU/SEL knob to <<<
select MM/DD (month/day) or <<<
DD/MM (day/month). <<<

Specifically see item 4 directly above with the <<< next to it

Yes, I believe I followed the instructions acccordingly. I guess the question is: How is the display to be shown. If today is June 7, 2011, should the display say:

07/06/2011. Thanks.

I think in the US its month day year..
But I know places like mexico- prefer day month year which always throws me off especially on dates like you show.

You have the option of toggling how the display reads...

Even US models can toggle between

DD/MM/YR
MM/DD/YR

but there are 2 different options

Follow specifically what I highlighted and you'll be good to go :thumb: :thumb:

rbarrios - you gave me an idea. I changed the language to Spanish then back to English. Must have been a default problem. PROBLEM SOLVED, thanks to all. Bill

I never noticed this until this thread. Is the day and date supposed to display on the nav. system? I find it in the config menu and all is set correctly but I only get the time to display on the screen.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Per the manual, it appears that there is a clock with date display and one without. I can check to see which your vehicle has with the VIN. Feel free to contact me via private message as well. Thank you in advance.

When you turn the power off for the radio you should see the date displayed. This is for the non nav radio. There is no date display with the radio on. There is with the navigation radio.
