Daylight Savings Time Off or Time Reset?

2010 Terrain with Navigation/XM & all that stuff. Can't get the time to stay current; when car is restarted time goes back one hour. Can't find anything pertaining to DST either in screen prompts or manual. Also system reverts to FM; does not stay in XM mode when car is shut off. Does this have anything to do with On Star time set - help!!!???
