Contact for South Central Manager for Chevy/GM.

Does anyone have any contact info for this person. I have been waiting since Jan. 18, when told from the dealer that it would be 6-8 weeks. They finally placed the order the end of Feb beginning of March. I had a TPW of 4/12 but still have not been produced. I have contacted chevy customer service and was hoping to talk to the manager for the region being that we are now going on 12 weeks and at least 2-3 weeks for delivery if it is produced this week. Any help would be appreciated.
