wish they made a cai for a 2014 V6.
They do. Just use the 2010-2012 years on their website.

Question....once the K&N intake is installed....can the stock airbox and system be reinstalled? In other words.....will anything be butchered to install the K&N intake? Thanks

nope. everything is separate in each system, when you install, you will have your complete stock intake off the car minus the sensors that swap to the new intake.

I've got the 3.6 in my 2015 Equinox and have question about the 2010-2012 V6 K&N CAI (77-3078KTK):

I found this post about the V6 CAI:

The K&N CAI does fit in a 2013 Terrain. I installed one today in my Denali. The only problem I ran into is earlier models have a MAP sensor in the air box lid. You could either make a small plate and seal off the hole, tap the hole and use a bolt and o-ring or take the easy route and buy a MAP sensor and install it in the CAI pipe. GM also changed the MAF sensor in 2013 but the mounting plate matches up. The CAI works great with the VMAX ported throttle body I installed last weekend. A lot more pickup and no CEL yet. If anyone needs it the MAP sensor part number needed is: 12644228. Next I'm going to cross reference an Amsoil Nano filter and see if it will fit.
Here are the instsllation instructions:

Is the "humidity sensir" the same as the MAP sensor, so now they provide s block off plate and this kit is now a direct bolt on?

Here's a link to the original thread I'm referring to:

...maybe if I get a bigger sticker, I'll get the full 6 HP as the CAI ... ;)

They could have cleaned that motor prior to showing it for an instruction manual. I'd say that looked unprofessional. Love it the little things people don't think of.

Yes the Humidity Sensor is the same as the MAP sensor. When I bought the kit it didn't come with a block off plate.
