Hello! I have a 2018 Terrain SLE. When I go to use the steering wheel to change the songs, it won’t work. But the volume control works. Usually, this is with apple car play but it’s happened a time or two with Bluetooth too. The weird part is that sometimes, it’ll random work. I haven’t been able to pinpoint one thing that causes it to work. I’ve changed cords, looked for software updates, tried different iPhones…same issue. I’ve taken to the dealer numerous times and they said it’s normal or they just don’t know what’s wrong. Anyone else with this issue?
