Three weeks ago a buzzing sound developed in the drivers side dash. When accelerating it starts at about 30mph, decelerating it goes away at 20mph. The rougher the road the louder it is, though even on the smoothest road it does not go away. Any suggestions?

No, more like from behind the instrument panel. It has become louder since my first post. It is not from loose relays or fuses, or their boxes. Having it at a GMC dealer next Tuesday.
