OK my turn to get picky or nutso,hehe..Does everyone have either a black or purple dot on Center Upper part of Rear view mirror?? Do not know why I have one........Its on the upper part of mirror..Its not the Onstar stuff below the mirror..Just was curious..Thanks

Yup. Cover it up at night and itll go back to being bright.

Also, if you hold the power button you can turn it off.
