Looking at the battery in our 19' Terrain and there's a plastic box that sits on top of it with bus bars inside. It looks like these bus bars must be disconnected before you are able to remove the box to remove the battery? Doesn't look like autozone will do their free battery replacement service on a 19' terrain. 
I also wonder if an OBD2 memory saver device needs to be used?
