Go to profile..........top left corner, in between search and my messages........... on left u'll see forum profile information.....click...........click i have my own picture..............click browse............hope that helps......

From what I recall...you need 5 posts to attach photos...and that applied to Siggy and Avatar pics as well...

though I am quite sure if I'm wrong...someone will correct me...

So as of this reply, you have 4 posts...I suggest you post again...then try again...that should get rid of the red "X" in your Avatar spot.

Also remember to check the size and pixel limits so the pic "qualifies"...
