Those are Not the same bulbs I have in my car. That is a pic. of a D3s unit. When I do a search on their web site for 2018 Chevy Nox bulbs it returns 0 bulbs. 2017 and earlier I can buy all types of bulbs.
I do appreciate your help, thanks

If used on the street please be aware that daylight running lamps are required by DOT regulations and you could be fined by local law enforcement.
My car does not have DRLs. I set the light switch to automatic and as soon as I pull out of my garage the photo cell senses it"s daylight and turns off all the lights.

Wow, I really respect your determination!. That's a lot of "pain in the a$$" just to get rid of a factory auto headlight function. You wouldn't happen to know how to disable the shift into drive auto door lock feature, would you?. ;)

I consider myself mechanically inclined enough to screw with a light switch. But screwing with comp. programming, No Thank You.

What? I have never heard of that law and do not believe it is true. DOT may have mandated car makers install these, but writing tickets for not running headlights on a sunny day, don't think so. Many states require lights on if wipers on but I always turn mine off on my 2012 Terrain and if I could do it on my 98 Sierra I would. New vehicles have separate lights for this purpose that do not use headlight bulbs which is a much better idea.

Daytime running lights are not mandatory in the United States. No one is getting pulled over for not having them or having them turned off.

The wipers on, lights on law varies by state. In my state, it is a primary finable violation. The fine is $100. The Equinox automatically turns on the headlights and taillights when the wipers are switched on, which is a nice feature.

The auto lights when wipers on should be mandatory on all cars. Certain color cars can seem to disappear at highway speeds from all the spray.
