If you've traded the first-gen Equinox for the new one, how do you think they compare?

There is absolutely no comparison. I drove a 2009 sport edition before the new 2010 came out and didn't think highly of it. It looked pretty good from the outside but the ride was rough, the motor and trans were loud and jerky and the interior was dated.

Put it this way. If you were blindfolded and rode in both vehicles you would never in a hundred years think they were the same model. And then when you took your blindfold off and saw all the awesome cool blue ambient lighting and the new floating dash and the cool new interiors you'd just immediately buy the new one.

Seriously... I'm not kidding.
