Yes factory. they just made it available. I'm going in next Wednesday. Parts and new keys are in.

Is your Terrain an 11? Let me know if the hood latch the kit came with works or if you have to get a hood latch for your year model.

As per my service guy the latch issue was resolved. Issue was the package came with the wrong part. Yhey updated that. Yes mine is 11. Ibelieve the lach issue was with the 10s
