On another forum guys were asking about this and seemed to struggle with replacing the rear wiper, so I thought it would be good to share here:

OK, I replaced my rear wiper and it wasn't as bad as expected.

First, it is very unlike other generation Nox - my 2013 you had to remove the cover first, 2022 has no cover to remove.

My rear wiper (part# 85118765 verified) had to be ordered, went back and parts guy hands it to me. So I went to my car in the service area and figured to do it myself. Looked at the new one and it was just like picture below. It would not pop off and service advisor came to look at it, he had no clue. Said they changed one earlier that day and it was a PITA.

Service advisor says the parts guy is former mechanic knows how to do it and gets him. He fiddles with it and says when the mechanic changed the one earlier he had to pry and really work at changing it. Luckily the mechanic was still there and he went to get him. I'm thinking keep this hack away from my car and looked at it again and pushed down a bit harder and it popped off. Took the new one and it popped right on. Service advisor asks me if I want a job LOL. I laughed and told him I was a certified mechanic in a previous life.

Saved from the mechanic with pry tools! If you lift up on the arm, just push down on the part of the wiper blade to the right of the arm. You can get a finger or two between the arm and the blade to the left of the pivot point where the blade attaches to the arm to get more downward pressure to pop it off. It's a tight fit so just keep at it and eventually it will pop off.

So you’re saying to “see-saw” it off by putting all pressure on the end closest to the arm pivot ... until that center connection point pops off?

Isn’t there a way to put some implement directly into that center attachment point to detach it? The new one just snaps right in, correct?

BTW: my 2011 still has its rear window 13” factory wiper blade attached! Every time I’ve bought new blades I’ve thought, “I should really replace that one” ... but then I don‘t..
Yeah, it seemed to need to be worked back and forth a bit - but I could see putting something between the blade and arm to get some leverage to help. You can't put anything directly into the center attachment as it fits tightly together from the top, and the arm only lifts up a few inches - not a lot of room to maneuver.

I ponied up for the enhanced maintenance so I already paid for every little thing I am going to nag the dealer for over the next 4 years or so lol. The salesman showed me a breakdown of the cost of things that another person with the enhanced maintenance kept track of. They saved a decent amount with it and I am determined to break that record and save even more! Plus, it is transferrable if I would sell the car - was quite surprised to see that.
