My 19’ terrain won’t start. When I try to start it it clicks and a buzz sound goes off. Does anyone have any suggestions on what this could be and where the starter is located?

That sounds more like your battery has gotten weak or going out.

If during COVID-19 you are not driving as much or doing short trips, the battery can drain down fairly fast due to all the electronics in todays cars.

If you have or can get a battery charger try that first for a few hours to get the battery back up to charge.

And check cable connections at the battery, ground connections and at the starter, when you find it.

GM starters are generally pretty durable.
I would save that for last and try the other suggestions above first.

My guess is that you are still under warranty. Just let your dealer worry about it.
