The computer screen on my 2016 terrain is coming up with a Chevy logo. In addition it takes several minutes to activate the backup cam/radio after turning on. Recently the usb port stopped working. Has anyone had success with an issue like this?

I did try the reset with no change. When I start the vehicle the screen is black. Then after 1-2 minutes I get the blue background and Chevy logo.
