@msale007 : Have you tried the battery reset (disconnect the NEG cable for 15 minutes)?

Did the Chevy logo not come up like that before, or is it just getting stuck on it now (or just taking longer to come off it)?

Really sounds like your radio unit is on a downward trajectory (after only 6 years of use?). Hopefully the reset works, but I wouldn’t bet on it...

@msale007 : Well then I guess I’d be searching high and low online for that TSB against the radio/head unit (like @repairman54 apparently had applied), then going to Dealers and asking them specifically to apply it at a reasonable charge.

But the terms “reasonable charge” and “Dealer” are like oil and water: they never mix!

Need to bypass the Service Manager somehow...
