Hey guys I am trying to upgrade my sound system in my 2015 terrain. I went to Best Buy and a few other places they said it would be very difficult because of the ANC (active noise canceling) I did not know I had this until he said that, I’ve also been doing some research online and I do have a sub in the back rear panel or at least it looks that way. But I read in one forum that this is only for the ANC and not for the radio? Is this true? Can I buy a new subwoofer and put it in the spot in the rear panel where the other one is ?

From what I've understood the Pioneer system doesn't have ANC.

Hope someone else confirms.

Motor determines ANC, not Pioneer or not. 4cyl = ANC, V6 = NOT

Band is correct, there are a few posters that have disconnected the ANC mikes and made the rear sub with the 4cyl work.
Not easy, you need to do some serious research.
