Ok odd.
The vehicle has NO BADGING for flex.
The sticker inside the glove box (which is mirrored and looks odd) shows FHO and not RPO.
The VIN engine code shows an LEA flex fuel engine.
All three letter codes are RPO codes.
It stands for Regular Production Options.
An RPO code designates how a vehicle is built during production.
You will have either FHO or FHS but not both.
If you are still unsure, look under your vehicle for the Flex Fuel Module.
Follow the fuel line to about halfway back to the fuel tank.
The FFM is mounted inline, the fuel line plugs into it.
My 2014 V-6 is a Flex Fuel, I have the FF module, yellow gas cap, FHS in the glove box, badge on the Right Rear Door glass, listed on the original new car windshield sticker, and listed on one of the under hood tags.
