I'm not near my Manuals at the moment, so I'm just going to give general information.
There are typically two Fuse Boxes ... one under the Hood, and one on the side of the Dash. Not sure about the Terrain offhand, but there may be more than one Fuse (or Fusible Link)?
Is anything else not working?
Did you check to make sure it wasn't just a broken linkage on the Wiper Arm? That's a known problem with some of these vehicles.
Can you hear the Motor trying to do anything when you energize it?
I guess it's possible you could've blown the Wiper Motor if it was impacted in snow & ice when you tried to activate it ... but I'd say that's unlikely. More likely a Fuse or Link you've missed (or the broken linkage issue).
