What trim level do you have, it makes a difference.
Do you have the memory seat option?

I have 12 volt DC at the fuse and at the connector supplying power to the module but get no lights when I push either button I was thinking a broken or frayed wire but I'd imagine that would blow the fuse

I have not tried unhooking the battery yet I wasn't sure if this thing needs the 12v power thing to keep the ecm from having to re Learn

The seat heating control module must be calibrated with a bi-directional, or dealer scan tool when replaced.
Unhooking the battery is not enough to load the software and calibrate.

I'm guessing that usual runs 75hr normal shop rate since I don't have tool for that. Is there a chance that 1 bad element could cause both not to work? I think I'm going to ohm out the elements tonight if I can find the correct plug to make sure they are ok before I pay more to have that programed just to be safe
