Hi All,

Has anyone with either a 2011 Terrain/Equinox LT1 (assuming the AC is the same) ever notice their AC temperature raise or turn off, when the AC is still on (light is on and states off when I turn it off) and set to the coldest setting? I have noticed this about 5 times. Most the time I can get the cold temp back by one click to the right then back to coldest temp on the dial. Today, the AC was fine then all of a sudden it started to get warm and again, the air temp feels about 80 degrees. This time my click back and forth on the dial didn't work, but turning it off and back on did fix it. Does this sound like a possible ECM update or an electrical problem?

This happened on my 2011 Equinox and there is a harness they can put in place. Beware, they mangled my dash doing this, but they did replace everything they messed up. It can be done with no issues, just make sure they pay attention to what they are doing and it'll be fine.

Was there any indication of what this harness was for or what it has to do with the AC functionality? I saw that another person posted that they had a similar issue and it was a sensor. I guess I can just start by mentioning what I have encountered and see what the dealer has to say. Thanks.
