2010 GMC Terrain Lockpick

Has anyone tried the CoastalTech Lockpick on their Terrain? I just purchased a 2010 and ordered a Lockpick, they originally sent me the standard G6 version and it was incorrect, I returned for the CTS version that they claimed I needed. It doesn't seem to be working properly. Does anyone have experience with this?
